We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided, ensuring the RMA number is clearly indicated on the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
